The project aims at strengthening and supporting the non-profit Organization for Aid to Refugees (OPU), which has been helping to refugees and foreigners in difficult situations since 1991, focusing on vulnerable clients. The hectic OPU´s work in a difficult environment during and after the so called refugee crisis led to the situation of some weaknesses in internal procedures. Our goal is to support and develop OPU internally in the today’s most pressing areas. In the future, these areas may weaken or even threaten the effectiveness of the OPU work for refugees, foreigners and Czech public.
Project implementation time: 1.10.2020-30.9.2022
The aim of the project is to develop the organisation of the applicant in 4 areas:
1) Training of OPU staff;
2) Created database of supporters in accordance with GDPR, created rules for communication with donors and future donors
3) New setting of competences in financial and personnel matters OPU
4) Upgrading the ARUM Client Database
