European migration “plan” of the Czech Prime Minister ignores the reality and international law

The Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis introduced  today, before his meeting with the Italian and Maltese prime ministers, his migration “solution” for the whole Europe. Babiš wants to stop illegal migration whatsoever by rejecting disembarkation of all boats with migrants and refugees, by concluding bilateral agreements with North African states and by effective development aid. However, his plan ignores the reality of mixed migration flows, the rights of refugees for international protection and access to the asylum procedure. More in the attached press release of OPU.
