What we offer

WE OFFER:

consultations, applications file, alternatively representing clients in issues related to the Asylum Act, Alien Act, Citizenship Act, Family Act etc.

The following topics may be subject of consultations:

• international protection granting procedures
• residence in the territory of Czech Republic (visas, long-term residence)
• extradition order
• detention due to extradition
• citizenship

In justified cases, lawyers represent clients upon their full consent regarding administrative and legal procedures. Filing applications depend on each case being considered by lawyers of OPU. OPU lawyers don’t work in all our branches but it is possible to facilitate contacts.

At the same time, regular weekly counselling is organised in the Bělá Jezová facility, Residence centre in Kostelec nad Orlicí, Facility for children of foreigners – Permon and the reception centre in Prague-Ruzyně, furthermore we cooperate with Centres for integration of foreigners in České Budějovice and Liberec. Another example of collaboration is the reception centre Zastávka u Brna and the Blue School in Prague.

Legal counselling is provided every TUESDAY AND THURSDAY in PRAGUE 9 AM – 5 PM.
