In 2011, the legal department of OPU participated along with other professionals and non-profit organizations on creation of asylum-law database. The main coordinator- the Irish Council Regugee selected several  topics to which  national coordinators should find and summarize judgments of the national courts.  Selection of thse topics derived from  most important European directives in this area - Qualification and Procedural directive. OPU has contributed to the database by summarizing 37 judgements, most of them decided by the Supreme Administrative Court. These are available not only in Czech, but also in English. The main objective of the database is to allow experts in this field, but also public to get acquainted with the case law and national interpretation of European directives. They aim of Qualification a Procedural directive is to unify legislation across Member States.  Readers of the database have now a chance to see if the interpretation of the directives across the Members States is or isn´t unified.
